嘉興綜合保稅區保稅物流中心有限公司成立于2009年，注冊在嘉興綜合保稅區內，屬區內企業。擁有并經營保稅倉庫、場地、標準廠房和海關監管倉庫及相關業務。
　　 嘉興綜合保稅區國際物流有限公司成立于2005年，注冊在嘉興綜合保稅區外，屬區外企業。擁有并經營集裝箱堆場、停車場和專業通關團隊。
　　 兩家公司均為嘉興綜合保稅集團股份有限公司下屬全資子公司。公司合并簡稱：保稅（國際）物流。目前，公司合計擁有正式專業員工55人，由董事會統一領導，下設經理室（由總經理一名，副總經理三名組成）和綜合部、財務部、貨代業務部、通關業務部、集裝箱業務部、倉儲業務部、車輛業務部和場站部等8個具體職能部門。
　　 公司自成立以來，以嘉興綜合保稅區區內相關企業業務為重點，專注深研保稅業務，以服務嘉興綜合保稅區（嘉興港區）企業相關物流業務為已任，努力通過自身過硬的專業技能服務企業，提升客戶物流效率，降低客戶物流成本。

　　Jiaxing Free Trade Zone Bonded Logistics Center Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009, registered in Jiaxing Free Trade Zone. We owns and operate bonded warehouses, storage yards, standard workshop buildings and customs supervised warehouses and related business.
　　Jiaxing Free Trade Zone International Logistics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, registered outside Jiaxing Free Trade Zone, which owns and operates container yards, parking lots and professional customs clearance business.
　　Both companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Jiaxing Free Trade Zone Group Co., Ltd..We?shall?abbreviate the?two companies?to?Bonded (International)Logistics.
　　At present, our company are under the unified leadership of the board of directors,with a manager's Office(composed of a general manager and three deputy general managers),and eight specific functional departments, including general department, finance department, freight forwarding business department, customs clearance business department, container ?business department, warehousing business department, vehicle business department and depot Department. We have a total of 55 formal professional employees.
